Orders up to 2.5 yards (1 lb.) of fabric will be sent USPS First Class mail, generally arriving in 3-5 days. Orders of 2.5 yards of fabric will be sent USPS Priority Mail, usually arriving in 2 days. Quilts will also be sent Priority Mail.
Yes, I use tracking numbers on all orders except fabric samples. You will receive a notice when your order is sent, or you can find the tracking number on your online receipt.
Yes. I cut fabric directly from the bolt and whatever amount you order will be in one continuous piece.

The shipping calculator is not very accurate when you are purchasing multiple items. However, I only charge the actual amount and refund any overages equaling $1 or more when I ship. Or, if you prefer, I can set up a custom listing for you so that the shipping will be correct. Feel free to contact me.
Yes, I offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. No need to enter a coupon code - free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
Absolutely, if your order was lost in transit, you will receive a refund or replacement. If your order tracking shows that the item was "delivered" you will not receive a refund or replacement. I am not responsible for mail that disappears after it was marked as delivered.
While I do accept exchanges (you will receive a shop credit with which to purchase other products), I do not provide refunds.
Exchanges are accepted if fabric, quilt or quilted item is returned in its original condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at your expense.
